Wow. I wish I could help you in some way. I don't know what it feels like nor can I say that I can imagine the pain you are going through. I wish you all the luck in the world--perhaps you could try seeing a doctor somewhere else in the country like in New York or Machusetts(your slang sounds Southern)? Keep fighting, and enjoy life while you can. I know that doesn't sound very nice, but that's what my cousin told me that she did while she was sick. She had some similar symptoms and eventually got better after 5 or 6 years. Best of luck to you and your family.
