Do i have any recourse, is there any action i can take ?
I work directly with a woman who isn't preforming , this is an ongoing situation. I've approached my bosses 2 times because production was being hurt. And because she was being vindictive & rude, they told me it was petty & basically to suck it up, so i did.This woman has told me that on her breaks she goes for rides where she gets high (weed) i told my bosses & my bosses did nothing. My work performance was what they requested, my production numbers were met . The coworker consistently missed work about a day a week & her production fell behind, so a few others & I were asked to pick up her slack, & she missed 3 more days of work. She blamed me & apparently says that she can't work with me. So i am being demoted from a job i love. My new supervisor is chauvinist, & mean, I am starting for him on Monday . Should i tell the company owner , in a meeting we have sceduled Monday morning of my concerns of discrimination ? They have promised in writing the reason for my change in position
