What are some tier 2-3 Yu-Gi-Oh Decks?

I want to have a bit more of a challenge. I'm thinking of going Karakuri, Cyber Dragon, Frog Monarchs or Naturia. Also, which is better Six Sam or X-Saber? Bonr Mcgee, please don't answer this time.
