Does anyone know the name of this song?

Martin Smith of Delirious? and Matt Redman sang this together. But part of the lyrics is "we have overcome" and it talks about how with God we are strong. I looked up "we have overcome" on iTunes and Israel Houghton sang it but it's not the same lyrics as I heard in concert. Can anyone help me out? Thanks and Jesus Bless you!
