PLaying Dota the Right way?

when i play Dota and i get a really hot character for example winderunner or crystal maiden or sven i get really horny and sometimes i masturbate. This is why im always afk. is this a problem? i told my friends and now they dont talk to me.. i think they went on vacation all 10 of them at the same time hmm.
