How to get my lawyers sue the emby?

Hi, I am from Singapore and my exhusband had made Turkish pports by forging my signature, the mother, at the Turkish emby in Singapore. He then absconded my 2 kids to Turkey. How do I get my lawyers to sue the emby or get them to surrender the pport application doents to get the Singapore police to investigate the forgery? Any suggestions and also how to get my kids back?
