what should i do on a weekly basis. Don't just say run a few miles everyday because its like really no ****. My current mile time when i measured it in October was 6:41. how can I lower it ti at least 5:30ish before the end of may. What can I do lifting wise. I am a sopre, 6 ft 3 inches and weigh 150lbs (yea im a tad slim) and yes i am well aware i am running like a kid with a twinkie in his pocket,so don't bash me about that. Also would this apply also for sports like soccer, like training wise.
