My bearded dragon wont eat and when i go to give him locusts or sumthing he jus plays dead?

when i go to feed him he plays dead and wont eat he has veggies in his tank which i have never seen him eat plzzzzzz plzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzz plzzzzzzzz help and oh ma baskin is at 100 cool is at 85 and i have a 10.0 uvb plzzz help
