Help. My 11 week puppy will not eat!?

we got my cavalier when she was 7 weeks and she never showed interest in food .to make her eat we had to heat wet or dry food with cheese and soak it. She never eats more than a couple spoonfuls. I will not leave it down because even if she is hungry she will not eat and PUPPIES WILL BECOME HYPOGLYCEMIC. Please help us!
