Philosophy in Monty Python?

I was watching the Life Of Brian the other day, the scene in the Colosseum with the People's front of Judea. Stan/Loretta is arguing that he has the right to have babies even though he can't (as he is a man obviously). Do you agree with this, and the idea that we should have the right to do things that we cannot physically do?
