20GB I don't recommend because of the small amount of memory. The 40 GB is what I have, the only reason I wanted it was because it had a playback feature for all of my old PS2 games (it has been discontinued so the only place you will find it is on the internet). I'm 15 years old and sense I was about 6 or 7 I have sometimes waken up in the middle of the night dizzy. Now they are 3-8 months apart. But when they happen it is probably the worst experience of my life. I have fractured my growth plate in my elbow and dislocated both of my elbows and I wold honestly say I would rather have that happen then these "dizzy spells". Okay so after I'm no longer dizzy I always get sick to my stomach and well you know... I throw up, so I'm sick all day. Now I have gone to an ENT and an allergist about it. The ENT has done about 7 sets of tubes in my ears, taken out my adenoids, and thinned out skin in my noes in the hopes to stop them, but that never worked. The allergist has diagnosed me with asthma, so I have an inhaler, pulse a asthma pill, allergy shots, and an allergy pill, also all in hopes of stopping the "dizzy spells". But that hasn't helped ether. I have gotten an X-ray of my head before but nothing showed up. I want these to go away so bad. So if this has happened to you and you have gotten rid of them what did you do? Or if you deal with these what should I do. Or if you know someone that this has happened to what did they do? Please and thank you I'm desperate and would try any thing at this point.

I have scheduled a doctors appointment for my 8 year old son already. I am fully expecting him to be referred to a psychologist, however I would like to be fully prepared for what I might hear. I have found all kinds of information on autism, but my son does not have any other symptoms ociated with autism (only humming and rocking). He is very social, he is the popular kid in cl. He gets good grades without having to study much, but does have some trouble spots. He is eager to please others, he is very sensitive to other peoples feelings and does what he can to help. He is an extremely normal kid, except for this humming and rocking, but he only does it when he is really focused on school work. When asked about it (which was done very cautiously as I did not want to give him the impression that something is wrong with him) he says it helps him concentrate. His teacher and I have talked a great deal about this and together we have (w/out MDs) ruled out both autism and AD/HD because of a major lack of symptoms. Chronic lower left back and left side pain?

For the last year and a half i have had mild to severe pain in my lower left back and left front abdomen side. For months it was something that came and went, but for the last couple months it has been constant. I have been to 3 different doctors and the ER 4 times for it.. they have done everything from multiple CT scans (with and without contrast), an ultrasound, copious amounts of blood work... and NOTHING, they all show no tumors, growths, or anything wrong with me or my blood work. It is so frustrating to be in this much pain for this long and to have people shrug their shoulders. Now I will say that I dont eat very well, and I (as hard as it is to admit it) rarely ever drink water. Could my lack of water or my poor eating really cause such a large amount of pain and for over a year and a half? Can you think of anything else that may be wrong with me? I recently bought a Nikon d60 dslr camera with a 18-55mm Nikkor lens. I'm new to the "advanced" photography world and want to figure out what type of lens would be best for taking pictures from far away and at close range. If I get a zoom lens, say a 18-200 mm, its my understanding that this a more versatile lens giving me the ability to take pictures at a normal range and then being able zoom into an object around 10x magnification. On the other hand I haven't been able to grasp what a telephoto lens does. Maybe because some of the things I've read and heard interchange zoom and telephoto. Is a telephoto lens fixed at a specified magnification in that it does not have the ability to pictures of objects at close range and would therefore not be a versatile lens? Then he came back every summer with that organization up until now where he feels comfortable enough to have gotten his own place and set up a steady flow of work for himself as well as make contacts. So, in your case I suggest that you come for around 2 months and get a feel for the location, the work, the people, and the lifestyle. I recently went on a trip to tennesse to visit my grandma. While I was there, we met her neighbor. Turns out, she had a whole litter of puppies. She said she was going to take them to the pound as soon as they were weened. I was shocked! I asked her if she tried to find homes for them. She said she ran an add in the paper but no one responded. So, I did some research. Turns out there are TONS of puppies for free EVERY DAY in TN and KY. The shelters are maxed, and they have some of the highest kill rates in the country. So, heres my question. Would it be ethical for me to go down there every couple months and bring some up to ohio to try and find homes for them? I'm not made of money, but I know how to draw up an adoption contract, and I can give vaccines myself (minus rabies) and I really think I could find them homes. I'm not talking puppy mills here. I wouldn't pay for any dog, and most, like my grandmas neighbor, just don't have any other options besides the pound. A lot of "rescues" in my area of ohio sell their "puppies" for hundreds of dollars. (which personally I think is bull) I don't even think that a rehoming fee is necisary as long as the adoptee can abide by the contract. (I think one of the best ways is a home visit and a vet referance). I'm not trying to make money, I just feel so bad for all these puppies! BUT, is it really ethical to bring them to another state? My DNA shoots out of the wells in my Agarose Gel... why?

I have DNA that I'm cutting with BamH1 and Pml1. They use different buffers so I do a PCR purification in between each digestion. After an hour each of digest, I add the correct amount of loading buffer to my samples and load my 1.3% agarose gel in 1X TAE buffer. After loading the gel, my samples quickly disperse out of the well. The wells are definately deep enough. It's like the sample is "running away" from the agarose. Earlier today I used the SAME running buffer, and SAME agarose and the SAME box to run some samples that worked just fine. This happened to me before with BamH1 and another restriction enzyme. Do you know what's going on???

Matthew in today's world, especially here in America there are a multitude of different signals that get thrown your way as a young teen. So let's start with where you are. You've obviously done quite a bit together and are probably a little ahead of the curve when it come what most 13year olds have experienced. That's not to say it isn't uncommon, just not as normal as teens think but a lot more than what most adults perceive. Having said that, my first reaction would be to ask you why you think you need to stop? There isn't a game here that says you have to do it so many times in so many ways or whatever. You've made the choice, you've done the deed, there isn't any going back. But there is always tomorrow. If for whatever reason, you or she, or both of you decide that things were going to fast and that you want to slow down or stop for awhile, then you have the power to make that choice. But you need to communicate that choice and your desires. There will always be people telling you to do it, or not to do it. How you determined that choice, doesn't really matter so much as how you determine your choices today and tomorrow. can be a wonderful and great thing that can bring people close together or simply relieve some pent up stress. But it can also be a very deeply convicting and painful experience if it happens in the wrong context or with the wrong person. The bottom line is about choices. You have the power to make them. You've made some choices, right or wrong, you made them and will live with the consequences of them, good and bad the rest of your life. That being said, as much as you feel like you've got the world on a string, we all need a dose of reality now and again to remind ourselves that we always have things to learn. At 13 you still need the freedom to be a kid, to screw up and have your parents or some other adult step in for you. You need to feel the joy and excitement, but also the pain and hurt that relationship bring before you start to think about something long term. And especially about the consequences of having . Besides all the STD's and what not, having a baby is a very real consequence of having . Your plumbing has only been working for a couple years if that. And as much as you think you might be (Lord knows I thought I did) you are not ready to be a father. You aren't even ready to be a husband. There is so much life still before you. Sure, have fun, enjoy life, but make sure that the choices you make today are along the lines of what you want tomorrow. The biggest mistake we make as teens is to think that I have to have whatever I want, today, who cares about tomorrow. But in the long run, tomorrow is what really matters. You may have the greatest girl you could wish for right now. But have you really thought about it might mean to wake up with her for the rest of you life? What about all the possible other girls that you may want to date as you grow? Each relationship brings it's own strengths, weaknesses and challenges and each one is an opportunity to grow. At 13, as much as hurts to hear it, there is still a lot to learn. Heck I'm twice your age and the more I learn the more I realize I have more to learn. Matthew, for whatever reason you are questioning the decision to keep having with this girl, you need to take a step back and really get a grasp of what it is you really want. Enjoy yourself, enjoy being in love and being intimate with someone. But also realize that each time you are intimate with someone, you take a piece of them and give a piece of you. I use to think he liked me, I mean he started us talking on Myspace and we did that for a week. Then at school we'd playfully flirt and before all of this I would catch him looking at me. Navy Loan Repayment? Also, Officer questions?

So i have recently decided that I want to become an officer in the Navy. Right now i'm a college sopre and am going to a community college and will soon be transferring to a University. Also i have heard about BDCP, but not only am i going to a community college right now (it makes you less competitive) but i have a low gpa right now. Girl friend's surprise birthday party?

Itchy white welts on skin that last 1-2 hours (re-post with details)?

For the last month or so, I have been having a weird skin reaction. In fact, I just had this happen about half an hour ago. I got out of the shower and about half an hour later,I was sitting on my bed and my upper arm started to feel itchy. After scratching it, I noticed a long white welt that resembled a mosquito or ant bite. However, I know that it is not a bug bite because I was not bitten and it feels like a welt--stinging as if I have been slapped with a rubber strap or something. Suddenly, that one long white welt grew into a much thicker welt, surrounded by smaller ones that look like bug bites. Now the area is red, hot to the touch, and stings, but the itch is not as severe and the welts have kind of congealed into just one thick white welt. As I've said, this has happened to me about five or so times this month on different areas of my body, but it always starts the same way: An extreme itch that is accompanied by welts and redness. What could this be? The welts have gotten better now, but should I visit a doctor? Could it be some kind of allergic reaction? Thanks in advance for any answers :)

This has been happening to me since I was a child. Things have a slightly different "view" as I have gotten older. I wake up in my sleep. It's REAL it is not just a bad dream or even just a dream. It happens in every state every house or tent every vacation. Always and anywhere. At first when I "wake up" I can't move and I know immediately that it's starting. So I can't move and I am always really scared. I don't see or hear things that aren't there only everything the way it was when I was actually awake. The scenery doesn't change. With the exception that I have thought that I saw my dog walking around once and when I forced myself awake he was not really there. And one other time I saw 2 large planks of wood levitating in my bedroom doorway. Very scared when I awoke. Recently it has been getting worse and more evil and scary feeling. I was slammed backwards into my bedroom wall about a month ago and was trying so hard to scream for my cat because he was right next to me and as I was coming to I heard myself screaming his name and it was not my voice...It was deep and scratchy. He heard me and was looking at me wide eyed and alert. I also had not moved. Within the same month I was sleeping on the couch and again it happened but this time I was completely paralyzed and couldn't even try to open my eyes and I could feel something walking up the couch on my legs. This is becoming terrifying and intrusive to my contentment with sleeping. I am always worried that it will happen. I have to force myself to stay awake for at least 10 minutes before I can go back to sleep by smoking a cigarette watching TV and /or walking around. My first instinct is fear I have looked up numerous theories and subjects that could be an answer but there is always something that differs from my experience. I am 26 and have had this since I can remember. I just want some sort of answer or maybe idea that I can research. Please Help! Thank you

If I get a ociate agree at a community college and then transfer to a 4 year college that has a social work program, will I have to retake some cles when I get the 4 year college. Brave New World is one of my favorite books ever! But I think it's best for a particularly liberal 16+ year old. You'd like Lord of the Flies if you like slightly weird, messed up stuff. I loved it (another reason why I loved Brave New World). But otherwise, I think The Outsiders is a great choice. It's so typical teen angst, but it's not annoying, girly teen stuff. It's a brilliant book.

Just bought a house, exterior is wood siding (moderate condition), It was painted over with a bumpy textured paint almost like stucco. I want to add new vinyl siding. Here's my idea, cover with fan fold foam, to get a smooth layer for siding. Then cober fanfold with tyvek cover. Finally add vinyl siding. Does this seem possible, it would be too hard to remove paint from current siding.

I have a proposal to keep them out: We replace that old chain link fence with a 10 ft-tall brick wall. On our side we build an identical wall about 5-6 ft away so that it is hollow inside. We install trap doors on the top, above the hollow area. On the inside wall we have electrified wire running along the top so they can't just jump across the gap. Once they step foot on the trap doors they will either fall through or fall backwards from surprise. If they fall in they then have to follow signs on the wall (just an arrow pointing left or right) that will lead to an outpost. There will be an outpost every 5 miles manned by 2 people. Once they arrive to the outpost the door they go through will lead right into a cell (the door is part of the inner wall, their first step into the outpost is inside the cell). Then at the end of the day all of them that are caught are deported. This would create many jobs similar to constructing the free ways, sentry positions will (hopefully) be mostly volunteer, and it would make removing them easier. Also I forgot to mention the foundation of the wall would go 10 ft underground, hopefully discouraging them from digging under it.

I got Summons for Jury Service in my mail?

It says I have to respond within 5 days. The matter is that I am not an American citizen. In the back of this summons I have to answer a bunch of yes/no questions to determine if I'm eligible to be a juror. The first question is of course "Are you a US Citizen?". The problem is that if I answer "No", it says I have to write my Alien Registration #. What is that? I'm in the US with a J-1 visa. I just went to DMV to get a driver's license because I need a car to drive to work. I guess that's how the system found my name in DMV. What shall I do? Shall I call that phone #, or shall I ignore this summons, because it should not concern me anyway as I am not a US Citizen? What does usually happen when a person just ignores this paper?
